The best way to develop your ice hockey skills is to divide your practice time well. You should make time on a regular basis for fine-tuning the fundamental skills, including shooting, passing and skating. Even professional hockey players regularly devote time to working on the basics.

  In addition, you should also spend time working on your individual weaknesses. For example, if you know that you are not your best at receiving passes or your player awareness, these are great places to start with your summer training and Hockey Haven is here to help. 

  Our directors are astute to teach, and listen to your child's independent needs, and will apply the personal, one-on-one attention required to give our participants tools to add to their 'Hockey Tool Box' while they continue to progress beyond their attending of Hockey Haven.
