Check in is on Sunday afternoon.

At 4pm we start with an orientation followed by dinner and a swim test to issue wrist bands for water activities

Monday

7:30 : Breakfast

8:15 : Bus to the rink

9:30 : On ice power skating

10:30  : Flood the ice and snack break

10:45 : Back on ice for skill development.  Each day we concentrate on a different skill ie puck handling, shooting, passing.  And then a fun drill or scrimmage for the last 15min

12:30 : Bus to camp

1:00 : Lunch

1:45 : Camp activity : canoeing, high ropes, beach volley ball, fishing, island adventure, man hunt, archery, and all kinds of others.

3:00 : Free swim at the beach

3:30 : Tuck shop

3:45 : Camp activity

5:00 : Dinner

6:00 : Showers and cabin clean

6:30 : Cabin time

7:00 : Night activity : camp fire, dodge ball, floor hockey, rock climbing wall, soccer and more

8:00 : Snack

8:30 : Cabin

9:00 : Lights out

**Friday is the all star challenge until 10:30, where they do speed drills and are split into 2 teams.  Game time is at 11- 12.  Then lunch at the arena. Checkout is at 12:30 and departure from Minden arena.
